DO YOU NEED CANVA PRO?

You don't, but I highly recommend it. 
I try to use elements, fonts, etc that are included with the free version of Canva, but upon occasion, some templates will include Pro features. 

Is there any support if we need help?

Yes! Not only do we have an active community of fellow travel advisors inside that are always so graciously willing to help each other, but I am in there daily to answer questions you might have!
