If we haven't met yet, hey, I'm Haley. I am a wife, a mom of 2 littles, a 12 year veteran of the travel industry, and now an agency owner. 

After burning my entire business to the ground, I started over from scratch and I’ve finally mastered my workflow & created a referral worthy business through useful, beautiful documents sent to my clients.

I can’t wait to help YOU do the same. 

As a travel advisor, I know the struggle that comes with keeping on top of everything this job requires.... while also creating everything from scratch. I'm here to help you.





i used to gatekeep. 

then i learned it's better to have friends in your corner than to believe everyone else is competition.

bridging the gap + creating room at the table.

The big brands had all the money. The small brands had all the soul. And no one was handing the second group a big enough microphone. [Enter me, stage left]

Since then I’ve helped 200+ travel advisors level up their client experience and start showing up in the online space as the expert that they are.

I started The Magic Coordinator in 2023 as an Etsy shop - just wanting to share the love and help some fellow TAs send their clients off with beautiful itineraries. 

In 2024, I launched the Community - a one stop shop for every template I've ever made PLUS a community area, a virtual living room if you will, where advisors can come together to brainstorm, vent, whatever they need. 

On my way to report someone for using the word "authentic" unironically.

Because you don't want to just blend into the crowd of ta's shouting "I'M FREE, USE ME"

Sleeping in, Lightning Lane Premier Pass (or VIP Tour, if I'm being honest....), lunch at Satuli Canteen and wrapping with Casey's Corner dinner + VIP fireworks and prarade viewing.

Working from home is grossly overrated. 

We are meant to live and work in community! 

I'm taking long walks on beaches, reading the classics and perfecting my espresso martini recipe....
